Thank you for shopping with Endurance Blueprint. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be issued.

 
Digital Products – No Refunds

Endurance Blueprint sells digital products including:

  • AI prompts

  • Training plan PDFs

  • Other downloadable resources

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of these products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 
Why We Have This Policy :-
Digital Nature of Products

Digital products can be downloaded, copied, and stored immediately after purchase. Because of this, it is not possible to return the product in the same way as a physical item.

For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on digital downloads.

 
Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)

Physical products sold on our website are produced through our Print-on-Demand partner Printify.

Because these items are custom-made after each order, returns or refunds are only available under certain conditions.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

Requests for damaged or defective items must be submitted within [X DAYS] of receiving the product.

You may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging to help us process the request.

 
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads (AI prompts, training plan PDFs)

  • Products ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in print placement or color that occur during the production process

 
Chargeback Policy

If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment processor such as PayPal or Razorpay without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim.

We may provide proof of:

  • digital product delivery

  • order confirmation

to the payment processor during the dispute process.

 
Technical Issues with Digital Products

If you experience any problems with:

  • downloading a digital product

  • accessing your files

  • receiving your purchase

please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
